We want to ensure you have a seamless shopping experience with JEMMR The Label. Below, you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping and returns process.

Shipping Information

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). 

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days with Australia Post. 

Express Shipping: Faster delivery options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

International Shipping: We ship worldwide! International delivery times vary depending on the destination. Any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Lost or Delayed Packages: If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your JEMMR pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery in unworn, unwashed condition with tags still attached.

How to Initiate a Return: To start the return process, email us at support@jemmrthelabel.com  with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges: If you need a different size, we offer exchanges based on availability. Please email us before returning your item to confirm stock.

Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
